The white noise loggings are probably encryption of various sorts. There seem to be at least 3 main types: 30 kHz wide, 3 kHz wide and narrow band noise ~ 1kHz wide. Later I will try to plot the spectrums of each kind of white noise. Also there is the pulsed white noise with 10 kHz band width and the white noise with the data bursts. This last one could be that the data burst is a synchronising signal. The wide band white noise could be spread spectrum signals. The 3 kHz noise fits in a telephone or ssb bandwidth.
